Yes — 100% free. No delivery fees, no fuel surcharges, no hidden costs. Most competitors charge $6+ per delivery. With Hyperloop, you only pay for the weight of your laundry.

If you're not home for pickup, you can simply leave your laundry outside for us to collect. We are also able to leave your clean laundry outside for your convenience.

If there is no advance notice that you won't be there when our driver arrives based on the ETA, there may be a charge of up to $10 for missed pickups or drop-offs.

You can leave your laundry in garbage bags, hampers, or any container you prefer. We will return your items back to you along with one of our custom laundry bags, which you can use for all future orders.

Yes — if you have both dry cleaning and wash & fold laundry, we request that you bag them separately.

Yes, we offer a variety of options to meet your needs at no additional cost:

We pride ourselves on providing the best service for our customers and accommodating their specific needs. You can specify a variety of care preferences, including:

• Separating whites and colors
• Washing temperature (cold, warm, hot)
• Dryer heat (low, medium, high)
• Requesting bleach
• Air dry / hang dry
• Hypoallergenic products
• Other special instructions

Yes, we can return your clothes on hangers. If you provide your own hangers, this service is free of charge. If you prefer, we can supply hangers for a small fee per hanger.

Yes, we can hang dry your clothes. Please note that the turnaround time for this service is 48 hours to ensure all clothes are thoroughly dried before delivery.

We do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. Before sending your laundry, please confirm that your laundry:

• Is safe and does not include bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or biohazardous materials
• Is sanitary and does not include feces, urine, blood, or vomit, beyond traces normally found in household laundry
• Does not have excessive pet hair

Violations incur a $50 fee, and laundry will be returned as-is.
